Delivery

We strive to prepare your order as soon as possible. We arrange delivery according to the delivery address you provide, as we strive to minimize our carbon footprint and therefore reduce our negative impact on the environment. We ship to parts of the region and aim to deliver your order within a week of the date of purchase. For larger orders, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time.

If an item is not in stock we will endeavor to get it to you within an approximate time of 10-14 working days. This applies to plants that our supplier has in stock.

However, because we want to protect our planet as much as possible, we invite you to visit our garden center to personally collect your purchase. At the same time, you can see our other plants and products to beautify your garden. You are also welcome to use the path to our garden center as part of a day trip.

If you buy larger quantities, you can contact us in advance and we will help you place your order.

Returns

We do our best to meet the needs of all our customers and check every order before shipping. If there is something wrong with the plants upon delivery, please take photos of any damage and send them to our email. If you are not satisfied with the delivery, we understand if you wish to return the plants after receiving your order. We will refund your purchase price on return, but ask that you return the plants in the same condition in which you received them (not yet planted). The buyer has the right to return the plants without reason within 14 days of purchase. Please email your return request to shop@vrtnarstvo-marolt.si so we can discuss the details.
